This movie, directed by Tim Burton, has a good rating of 7.4(45,221votes) from the imdb website(http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0096895/). I watched it and i have to say it was very good. The whole film is set in a dark and gloomy tone and is really effective for a Batman movie. Michael Keaton is Batman and his enemy is the Joker. Keaton's acting is very good but the best of all is Jack Nicholson, the man who played Joker. After seeing Nicholson brillant's peformance, i wonder if there anybody else who can play the joker. This movie have some good decent action sequences and wow, the batmobile is a joy to look at. The fire at the back of the car is intresting. The score is great too. Although i do not like the way the Joker died(painless), this film is still very good and i recemmend it to anyone. The dark tone of the movie is the key for enabling Batman to be so powerful.
